Spreading the culture of citizenship and human rights, Achieving the principle of equal opportunities among employees at the University of Bahrain
Message
Providing equal opportunities for all employees in all fields of work at the university, increasing their awareness on the principle of equal opportunities, and highlighting the honorable image of Bahraini women in regional and international forums.
Committee objectives
- Promoting and activating policies that achieve the principle of equal opportunities for university employees of both genders.
- Activating community participation with civil society to promote a culture of equal opportunities.
- Educating women working at the university about their constitutional and legal rights and duties.
- Raising awareness on the rights and duties and raising the skills of workers through sustainable professional development.
- Identify and work to meet the different needs of both genders.
- Emphasizing the principle of equal opportunities among employees at the university.
- Ensuring women’s needs are taken into account in all fields and promoting opportunities for both genders.
- Contributing to the preparation of university plans that ensure equal opportunities for both genders.
- Conducting scientific research on the relationship of equal opportunities with development and education.
- Paying attention to the preparation of second-line leaders at the university in order to create a new generation of leaders.
